The Greenway is partnering with the Winnakee Land Trust for the April 21, 2012 Dutchess County Trail Conference.
On the heels of the successful Ulster County Trail Conference in November, the Greenway is partnering with the Winnakee Land Trust for the Dutchess County Regional Trails Conference, Saturday, April 21, 2012 from 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the historic Cornell Boathouse at Marist College.
The inaugural Dutchess County Regional Trails Conference will bring together the diverse trails groups and municipal committees working on parks, recreation, and trails, to share resources, explore possible connections, and provide networking opportunities.
Here is your chance to hear and see the latest on trails in Dutchess County and find the resources you need for your trails project. Where are all of the existing trails? Where can connections be made? How do we make those connections? What are the potential economic benefits?
Opening Remarks by Dutchess County Executive Marcus J. Molinaro.
Keynote by the dynamic Jeff Olson of Alta Planning and Design.
